By accessing or using AEOShark at aeoshark.com and app.aeoshark.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered accounts, and paying subscribers.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use AEOShark.

AEOShark is a SaaS platform that helps SEO professionals and agencies research AI citation opportunities, analyze content gaps, and generate citation-ready articles through an automated workflow.
The platform includes ICP analysis, F-Map generation, competitor analysis, OCS grading, priority list generation, article structure planning, and full article writing with deliverables.
You must create an account to use AEOShark. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use AEOShark only for lawful purposes. You must not:
All platform code, design, workflow systems, methodology, and branding belong to FABXERS and AEOShark. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Content you generate using AEOShark belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all articles, research outputs, and deliverables produced through your account.
AEOShark offers paid subscription plans processed through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to:
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
AEOShark offers a 7-day free trial on selected plans. No charge is applied during the trial period. After 7 days your account will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the period ends.
We do not pro-rate partial months. Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund unless covered under our Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy available at aeoshark.com/refund-policy. In general, we do not offer refunds for completed billing periods except in cases of verified technical failure on our part.
We aim to keep AEOShark available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, updates, or third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by platform downtime.
AEOShark uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate content. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you publish that was generated using AEOShark. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FABXERS and AEOShark are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of AEOShark shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AEOShark after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by generally applicable legal principles. AEOShark is an international platform and operates globally. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels based on the user's jurisdiction.
