• Payment information: billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe handles all payment data directly.
• Content data: keywords, queries, and project details you enter into the platform to generate content.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the AEOShark platform and its features.
• Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe.
• Send you account-related emails including receipts, updates, and support responses.
• Improve platform features based on how users interact with the tool.
• Send early access and product update emails if you joined the waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4.Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database platform. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your information at all times.

5.Third-Party Services

AEOShark uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase: database and authentication. Data stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
• Formspree: waitlist form submissions. Email addresses are collected and stored by Formspree.
• Google Analytics: anonymous usage tracking to understand how users interact with the platform.
• Anthropic Claude API: AI content generation. Prompts and inputs may be processed by Anthropic's API. We do not share personally identifiable information with the Claude API.

6.Cookies

AEOShark uses cookies to keep you logged in and to understand platform usage through Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

7.Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

You have the right to:
